First 5K Run Help
hey all, i just signed up for my first 5k to motivate myself to get in shape. it's not for another 2 months, but i don't know where to start 🤷♀️
do you guys have any tips or ideas on how to prep for this? btw - i don't regularly run or walk, so i'm staring on square 1 😅

Hi Ashley, I was in this position a few years ago when I started running so I completely understand where you're coming from 😮💨 since you have 2 months I'd suggest starting off slow with long walks and working up to running longer distances.
